Voucher Terms

GENERAL VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All voucher purchases are final.
One voucher is redeemable towards one exam and is valid at Pearson VUE.
Vouchers are program specific, and in some cases, exam specific. Make sure you purchase vouchers for the correct exam.
Vouchers are not transferable between programs.
Candidates must register and take their exam prior to the voucher expiration date.
Voucher expiration dates cannot be extended under any circumstances.
Pearson VUE and the participating test providers are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers or voucher numbers.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
Vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Vouchers are not redeemable for exams that have already been taken.

VOUCHER WITH RETAKE OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering for an exam, you agree to these Terms and Conditions for the promotion described (the "Offer").
Pearson VUE, a business of NCS Pearson Inc., ("Pearson VUE") is the issuer of this Offer.
Initial exam attempts must be completed prior to the expiration date of the voucher. Second exam (retake) attempts must be taken within one month of that expiration date. The discount code will be automatically applied to any exam retake that is completed prior to that second date.
Only the first unsuccessful exam attempt is eligible for the free retake.
The free retake must be used for the same exam that was taken with the first attempt.
An exam can be rescheduled so long as the first attempt is completed before the expiration date of the voucher.
All scheduled exams, rescheduled exams and free retakes must follow AWS rescheduling and retake policies on the AWS website.
Offer may not be combined with other offers.
This Offer only applies to exams that are attempted and failed to pass. It does not apply to exam sessions that were terminated or invalidated.
If any of the Terms are violated, the Offer will be invalid.
